Technical Marketing & Customer Service Assistant

Duties include:

• Creating technical product information for website
• Liaising with Eu Customers regarding technical product info
• Product testing
• Prepare and repair RC cars for promotions/reworks
• Handle customer service returns
• Weekly product status reports

Good Radio Controlled Car knowledge or engineering background required
General PC skills with basic database understanding
